After ReaTraking Choir you run "Decay All -D on Track" (also run this on a drum track to decay cymbals etc.. into the next bars).
this will crossfade the items to create a smooth transition.
If need be you can also drag the first item back one beat while they are all still selected, 
the will adjust the transition timming to suite.
